Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the purchase of the piece(s). If more than 30 days elapse, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the specifications of the change or return, with this information. We will send an email to start the exchange or return process.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT DELIVERIES
You may (i) exchange your products or (ii) obtain a full refund if the products in your order are found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the products you receive are not what you originally ordered.
Exchanges are only made if the items are damaged, defective upon delivery or an incorrect order. We will send you replacement items free of charge as long as you have previously returned the products from the original order to us in the condition in which you received them.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please send bank details and interbank code if payment has been made by transfer or deposit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account one more time.
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product you bought at another point of sale other than the physical store of Maka Mexico or inmakamexico.com, and it is defective, the refund or exchange is not at our expense, but at the expense of the store where the purchase was made. That is, if it was purchased from one of the designer boutiques where our products can also be found and it is faulty, it is their responsibility.
